What previous participants say
“Aisling, I just can’t find the words to say how grateful I am for this healing retreat. I released something very, very deep & buried in me. Words are inadequate to explain how beneficial I found it. You led the group & I to see how we can let go & process injuries from the past which may be impacting on our current wellbeing. I had revelation after revelation when I was there. I can't recommend this retreat enough for anyone who wants to heal & experience a renewed life force” Judith
“Aisling & Natalie expertly held space within the most beautiful surroundings of Tollymore & the mountains. The venue alone was worth the money. Alongside the power of the group & daily connections with new people, learning new tools and very importantly no screens, I managed to remove the ever present anxious feeling in my solar plexus. I'm home a week now and the practices we were shown are helping me maintain the non anxious state. Thank you so much Aisling & Natalie” James
