I am an NHS GP, a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, a Health & Life Coach & a Pyschedelic guide at Imperial College London.

I bring together my skills and knowledge as a medial doctor and my training in Compassionate Inquiry & coaching to help people to heal through connection- to their authentic selves, to the present moment, to the world around them & to life.

What my clients say

“I'm so glad I had these sessions with Aisling. I felt respected and safe. I felt cared for and even when I felt uncomfortable about what I was saying or feeling, I felt listened to, not judged. Thank you for staying with me in the present moment. I really value the time we had together.” - Judy

“I worked with Aisling for six months and uncovered parts of myself that I wasn’t even aware of. As I continue to integrate these parts into a more whole and complete Self, my life circumstances continue to drastically improve.” - Scott

“It’s so hard to put into words how much the work I did with Aisling has changed my life. I have lived in my head and on high alert mode most of my life, increasingly overwhelmed and exhausted, unable to even see how to take care of myself on top of my children and parents. I am now 'noticing', 'paying attention', 'feeling' and even 'enjoying' more. I feel more whole, more grounded, more genuinely grown-up, more together, and more hopeful about the future. I have an autoimmune condition and I don't think it's a coincidence that my most recent blood tests revealed the lowest ESR and CRP inflammation markers in 3 years. I could not have figured all of this out on my own and I am so happy and honoured to have met Aisling, to have had her listen to, understand, support and guide me through the Compassionate Inquiry process”- Maeve

“Before working with Aisling I was very depressed- suicidal, tearful and unable to function. I couldn’t make dinner for my family and couldn’t be around anyone. Aisling’s background as a GP working in addictions was invaluable as I knew she had the experience. I was confident in everything Aisling was saying and doing in the sessions and the support I received in between sessions was an important safety net for me. I feel like a different person now- happier than I’ve been in 30 years, structure and purpose to my day and very hopeful for the future. Thank you Aisling for saving my life”- Anne
